Prekrasan i cist hotel sa super uslugom!!!

Sve odlicno! Sobe su prostrane i ciste, higijena u cijelom hotelu je na visokom nivou. U hotelu su 3 lifta koja doslovce dolaze za jednu sekundu tako sa stvarno mozete uzivati i opustiti se. Dorucak je pre bogat i nema cega nema. Nadoplatili smo za garazno mjesto, ali vrijedi svakog eura. Za svaku preporuku!

Très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble

L'emplacement, le petit-déjeuner très complet, la chambre confortable, c'est un bon hotel 3 étoiles...

La propreté des chambres pourrait être améliorée, le design des couloirs aussi.

Ótima localização, quarto grande e café da manhã farto e

O quarto é enorme, com uma ampla janela. No meu caso (quarto 416), com uma boa vista da cidade e do Castelo. O café da manhã é farto e em um local confortável.

A limpeza do quarto é mal feita e não trocaram as toalhas.

Great for families, excellent location.

The family room was spacious, gym whilst small has a good selection of well maintained equipment. The breakfast we really good. Very short walk from station and into town centre.

Ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative, hotel e' situato in una zona centrale, la pulizia e' eccellente per non parlare della colazione a dir poco fantastica.Dalla mia camera si vedeva il castello di Lubiana

Super City-Hotel, sehr familienfreundlich und super Frühstück

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Bettwäsche, gutes Bad und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück. Super Lage, keine 100m von der autofreien Innenstadt. Zudem sehr familienfreundlich.

Soggiorno perfetto!

La posizione è perfetta: vicino alla stazione e al centro storica. Da li si può fare tutto a piedi. Lo staff è gentilissimo, la colazione molto buona e ricca. Il wifi ha funzionato benissimo. Il letto e i cuscini molto comodi... Insomma soggiorno perfetto!

Drugi puta ću pametnije

Odlična lokacija, odličan doručak.

Standardnu jednokrevetne sobu prodali su nam pod "economy" dvokrevetnu. Najobičnija prevara, pošto economy preko tjedna ne postoji. O nedostupnosti hotelskog parkinga javljeno nam je tek sat prije dolaska na odredište. Može im biti, na račun lokacije

Hotel is central, nice and comfortable. Reserve parking in advance - insist on booked alternatives

The location of the hotel is fantastic - just a few minutes into town by foot. Hotel can be reached easily, no complicated street layout in Ljublijana. Room was clean and spaceous and breakfast selection was fine. Staff is bilingual and friendly.

Reservation of parking is problematic – I guess I should have been more sternly insisting on a reservation solution. Stranded in the pouring rain calling from a remote parking facility recommended by the front desk (without giving me a necessary access card). Couldn’t enter and was quickly left with the message "well, that's your problem, figure it out yourself - I have never been to that parking garage". Ended up paying 30 € a night in the same facility the hotel gives you a voucher for paying 18€...

Will return when in Ljubljana next.

Room: quiet and airy. Location: easy access to the city, yet more quiet than other options .

Gym: small. Hard to share. Price is on a higher end of spectrum but this is true of all Ljubljana hotels. Crowded: this is a bigger hotel so lobby is very crowded at times.

A short 2 night stay in Ljubljana but we wished we could have stayed longer

The hotel is in a great location near all of the historic and commercial areas of Ljubljana. The included breakfast had an extensive selection of options and was quite good. Since we had a car with us, it was convenient that they had a covered garage for parking. Having said that, the car never left the garage while we were there as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Superb

Absolutely good location, close to the center and train station. Everything near the city is walkable. Room perfect, no complaints. Modern and clean. Sustainability initiative rewards guests with free drink. People are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location and a great stay!

Perfect location to access the Old Town, the real reason to visit Ljubianna. Walk a short block past a graffiti-scrawled building and there you are! The old town with its wonderful bridges and sculptures take you back to a charming past where they would not have tolerated beautiful buildings being marred with graffiti or "so called" street art which some would call vandalism. But ignore that and enjoy this part of the city with its vibrant outdoor pubs and restaurants. The people are really terrific.

Beautiful balcony room overlooking the castle. Just seconds from the main sights and transport links

Beautiful balcony room with an amazing view of the castle! The breakfast buffet was hearty and delicious and the staff were all really nice and extremely helpful. Location right in the center of town, just seconds from the river and sights and just a few minutes from the central bus station is hard to beat!

Location just next to the old city centre. The underground parking.

Did not expect not to have single use slippers in the room or mini-toothpaste (this was an unpleasant surpise as I would expect to have this at 3 stars)

Exceptional

Most comfortable bed I’ve had in my 10mths of travel. Lovely staff, easy 10min walk to station, 5min walk to old town. Modern and clean, great shower, afternoon sun in room, opening window, comfy pillows. Breakfast was awesome and I also ate lunch in the restaurant, which was quite good.

Ducted air/heating didn’t heat the room properly, but they gave me a portable heater when I asked.

Comfy stay in the heart of Ljubljana

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. It was very good!

The reception by one of the staff members when checking in was a bit odd, perhaps we got lost in translation but he could have been nicer.

Amazing hotel. Great all rounder.

Fantastic location. Close to bus stop and train station and 5 mins walk to Old town/River. Plentiful breakfast and friendly staff. Extremely spacious room. Made for an amazing stay. Will deffo return.

Pillows need updating. They were like cotton wool balls!

Superb

Location was the best. All attractions were 5 mins away from hotel. Halal food was nearby and Ljubljana Bus station was just 6 mins walking. There's a grocery shop also. They have great breakfast and the coffee was one of the best things. I will totally recommend it. Even if you arw going for any tours, your meeting point will be hardly 2 mins walk.
