Blisko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego, 15 minut pieszo do centrum Ljubljany. Pokój i łazienka czyste.

The property is located very close to the bus station. The room is very simple, but exceptionally clean. The owner was very gracious and hospitable, much more so than you would expect in a chain. In fact, he offered to carry my luggage up the stairs. He made sure to provide information in case anything was not to my liking. The cafe associated with this place was pleasant and the prices were good.
Not luxurious, but the price and hospitality more than makes up for this. Place was as advertised.

The location is convenient close to the bus station and 10 mins from the city centre. The room was clean despite there were piles of dust under the bed.
The rooms are few stairs above a cafe, which is not separated by any kind of door or wall from the rooms. As a result, you will hear every single noise from washing the dishes or conversations between the employees when they are preparing for opening of the cafe.
City tax can be paid only in cash. The person during the check in lies that this fact is stated on the booking website, which is not true. They also let you store your luggage prior the check in and only afterwards without prior warning claim 5 EUR for the storage. Very unreasonable concerning the price of the accommodation.
The room themselves are very small. There is no TV, no table and no place where you can store your lugagge. The bed covers approx 70 percent of the area.
