Amazing location, clean and well appointed rooms. Delicious breakfast, walkable to everywhere, excellent staff. Great value. Highly recommended!

Rooms are clean but very dated. Good location. Friendly reception. Plenty of towels and the air conditioner worked great. Doors are a bit thin but overall the rooms are very well insulated from noise from neighbors.
I asked several times for a quiet room as I was there during Vendimia (the busiest weekend of the year). When I arrived, I was given a room facing the main avenue with lots of noise and traffic. Needless to say I wasn't happy as I specifically made a few requests for a room not facing the avenue. After I went back to the lobby, the receptionist moved me to a much better room with no noise. I just wish they had done that when I first checked in, as it was a request I made several times in advance.

The building needs some TLC. Bed/mattresses/pillows need to be replaced (outdated).
