Indicaba SPA, pero no habia, o estaba fuera de servicio
Las llaves de la ducha no funcionaban bien. Tenia que reabrirlas constantemente porque el agua dejaba de fluir

La limpieza, la atención, el desayuno muy bueno
Mucho ruido por que la ventana de la habitacion da para la calle ,vienen vidrios para mejorar el ruido externo y la unica queja dentro del apart es que a las 7 de la mañana pasaron la aspiradora

The staff was kind and helpful.
I did not like the facilities. It felt sterile and we had to switch rooms because our first room had a terrible smell due to poor drainage. I expected this hotel to be much nicer based on pictures. There is a lot that can be improved about this hotel.
