Location is absolutely wonderful, we were able to move at walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go inside the city. Also all agencies come fetch you directly to this hotel (some others you cannot do that). Breakfast was a good Continental, and the personnel was always careful to have it well served. The room, same as the rest of the hotel were perfectly clean. Everything is in working order.
The room is a bit small, we would have appreciated te or coffee complimentary service (with a kettle) in the room and they look a bit oldish.

Exceptional staff who were approachable and helpful throughout the week. Daily room cleaning and top up of amenities was excellent.
Breakfast was delicious, thank you! Location perfect.
Would be great to have a kettle and coffee/ milk sachets in each room. The only thing I needed!

The hotel location was incredible, very close to restaurants and tourist locations. The staff was VERY helpful, especially Marcelo
The room was very old and dirty, with clearly worn walls. The bathroom was very moldy and the air ducts seemed to not have been cleaned in ages. Besides that, the Wi-fi was terrible in the room, and not only my father had to go to the noisy lobby to work, but I also couldn't even access social media.
