Enjoyable stay in the mews cottage, excellent facilities, really helpful staff and perfect location with parking.

LOVELY, FRIENDY, WELCOMING STAY, WILL RETURN AGAIN.

WE LOVED OUR X2 NIGHT STAY - WE CHOSE WELL WHILE DOING THE NC500 TO HAVE THIS AS OUR FIRST NIGHT & LAST NIGHT STAY. QUICK SHOUT TO THE CHEF WHO PROVIDED OUR DOG WITH A SAUSAGE TO HELP WITH THE LONG JOURNEY HOME. THE HOTEL WAS WELL DECORATED, LOVED THE ART AROUND THE HOTEL MADE THE FEELING MORE PERSONAL TO THE OWNER, COMFORTABLE BED, SHOWER/BATHROOM, STORAGE, COULDN'T FAULT ANYTHING. STAFF WERE LOVELY. LOVELY OUTDOOR SPACE - WOULD BE GREAT DURING THE SUMMER.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING, AFTER LONG DAYS DRIVING - IT WAS GREAT JUST TO RELAX IN OUR ROOM,

A very lovely place to stay in Fort William.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly to dogs and humans alike! Even though they had work ongoing, the place was still relaxing and very beautifully set. Our room far exceeded our expectations, which were already high. Location was great- just outside the main part of Fort William along the road with views of the loch upon stepping outside.

I think the shower thermostat in room 4 doesn't work fully as we couldn't turn the temperature down from almost too hot. But this comment simply to let the owners know.

Very good

Great location in Fort William. Room was very comfortable and good size.

Parking space is a bit more limited. Also close to roundabout so some traffic noise.

Cosy hotel in great location

Fantastic location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was accommodating of our dog and there is an area just next to the restaurant where you can sit for dinner/breakfast if you want to have your dog with you.

It isn’t a fault but it would have been nice to have a bar area where you could sit and order drinks, since there is only the restaurant and it didn’t look as though drinks were served in the lounge. Just a suggestion.

Self catering with the benefits of being attached to a hotel

Food was excellent, staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in the self catering annex which gave us the freedom of being in self catering while also enjoying the facilities at the hotel.

Really nice 'boutique' hotel. A bit different.

Great room with a view of the loch, bed was supper comfortable, dinner was perfect as was breakfast

Room was nice with the four poster bed, bathroom was fine but a little tight for space due to the large bath. Breakfast was perfect for both my wife and myself. We also dined in the Silly Goose and again the food was excellent.

Friendly and comfortable hotel in Fort William, Not the modern square box. Would stop again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable with view overlooking lake. Good size en-suite with plenty of hot water for shower.

Shower over bath. Breakfast not brilliant. Dinner menu at attached restaurant had a fairly restricted menu, Food was trying to be a bit cheffy . eg. mixed berry crumble with not a lot of crumble. However the slow cooked beef my wife and I had was so delicious we had it both nights of our stay
