Convenient location close to railway station. Quiet comfortable room.
Coffee machine at breakfast was problematic.

Our main reason to be there was to climb Ben Nevis so it was a great place to stay because it was close to the starting point. Also, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Very clean and cosy rooms equipped with everything you need. Close to the restaurants and shops. Free parking for quests.

Only thing I can say is we like a firm bed but that is not a criticism.

It was ok, but I have had better.
On arrival there was a language barrier, as the two who greeted us were of foreign origin.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the shower was a little unpredictable, shower tray was a death trap extremely slippery. My wife is disabled and not good on her feet and nearly fell, so she did not use it.
