bed was extremely comfortable and the entire room was very clean. Short walking distance from town centre and lovely view of ben nevis from room window!

Lovely pool
Very clean and comfortable
Great bar food
Location is a 15 minute walk into town
Although pool is lovely the Leisure club is in dire need of refurbishment with peeling paint, grubby showers and lockers etc
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Our room was clean, comfortable and acceptable but lacked hot water for a shower in the morning. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were and all communal areas were clean. The dinner and breakfasts were good quality.
The swimming pool area is in need of attention, as plaster was falling off surrounding walls. The pool was warm at 30.8 degrees C.
Shortage of hot water for a shower.

For such an expensive hotel, the rooms were simply standard. The bar was nothing special. Frankly disappointing.
A wedding took place our second night which meant that we had no access to the bar, even before the wedding began. No other facilities are within easy walking distance.
