Nice hotel but a few issues marred our stay

Good sized room and very clean

Microwave had a fault that we were told could be fixed by shaking the door! Rather than this which indicates a fitting fault, possibly a short, fix it!! When you book a room with kitchenette, you expect it all to work Wasn't too happy about the drunk guests at 3am having a loud conversation in the stairwell either. Thankfully they didn't wake my son

Great place to rest your head, and so much better than the premier inn close by.

Nice contemporary style rooms.. very close to the Premier inn. But 100x better. Great breakfast and good vibe.

Excellent central hotel.

Lovely warm room. Well thought out. Excellent breakfasts, not a buffet, with a really good choice from healthy to indulgent. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

Agradable. ¡Repetiríamos!

La amabilidad de la recepcionista, no dudo en ofrecernos parking con techo, ya que estaba el hotel con poca ocupación y estaba nevando bastante.

Por decir algo, la habitación era algo pequeña. Pero aun asi estábamos cómodos.

Excellent experience and great way to end my trip on the west highland way

Great location especially if you have finished the west highland way as an 2 minute walk from the end of the way. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff at reception and throughout the hotel.

AMAZING!

There were amazing a few days. It was wonderful. The room was very clean (room service everyday). The staff very friendly and polite. Great location - very close to the centrum of the town.

A modern hotel in a great location

A very comfortable bed in a room with modern decor. The nespresso machine and complimentary drinks and snacks in the room was a nice touch.

No parking available and the bathroom was very small.

Good location and fine for the price

The room was well heated which was good as it was around 0 degrees the nights we stayed. The Scottish tea cakes and crisps were a nice touch as was the bottle of water to fill the kettle which didn't fit under the tap in the sink. The hotel was a decent price and we liked that we could walk along the high street to the pubs and restaurants in the evening.

We had a lot of wet clothes after hiking Ben Nevis in the snow so could have done with a couple more hooks in the room (there are a few which would be fine when it isn't winter). We had a road-side room which was noisier than expected but I had asked for a view of the mountain so fair enough... The hotel is pet friendly and we did hear dog barks a few times. The duvet cover was too big for the duvet so the top foot of it was just cover and no duvet - turning it round we had the same issue. No-one came to service our room between our first and second night, not too much of an issue but I wasn't aware that there was apparently no housekeeping. The shower, even using the curtain, made the bathroom floor wet which didn't evaporate/dry quickly.

Perfect

Breakfast was superb, and the room was perfect. I loved that they have the Highland soap company products in the bathroom.

I thought I might have got a complimentary drink for my birthday but didn't get anything.

Super place to stay, staff seem to make a great team!

Great staff provide a really good atmosphere. Great breakfast with professional and friendly service.

Some bedrooms are a bit tight. Better solution to coat hanger and clothes storage required.

Very clean Lovely hotel Nicely decorated Cosy

Not really a dislike but strange a hotel doesn't serve food in evenings or barsnacks. What a way to lose out on money. We gave it to other places.

Lovely stay spoilt by breakfast

Lovely clean and comfortable room

Breakfast was very disappointing.... Had to ask for breakfast and once it arrived, it was barely cooked and luke warm. Very disappointing and definitely not worth £15!!!

Passt perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Sehr Freundliches Personal, Gepäck konnte vor dem Check-In abgegeben werden. Zimmergrösse genügend, aber dafür sehr schön eingerichtet Super bequemes Bett (für schwere Personen eher ein bisschen weich :-) ) Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Auswahl ausreichend und frisch zubereitet

Die Grösse des Zimmers ist gerade so ausreichend, dürfte ein bisschen grösser sein.

Very great location, central in Fort William, perfect to be close to restaurants or else

Parking: description on Booking says "No parking" while they do have a parking just in front of the hotel, so we parked our car farther away and paid inecessarly Bed: booked for a Triple room with our child, however they did not prepare the bed, the bed linen was there in a bag for us to make the bed.. Clean: bed sheet were very stained, bathroom had damaged painting
