The hotel is lovely. The Breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean and nice. I was overall very pleased with staying there. I would stay again. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious!! I would eat there again!
The outside of the hotel is under construction and looked uncertain when we pulled into the car park. But the inside is lovely. Look past the scaffolding.

Very clean, nice decor and felt like a treat at the end of a long hike.
The bedding. For such a hotel, I would tend to expect feather duvet and pillows. This was the only thing that I didnt like about our stay.

Comfortable Bed, blackout curtains. Free parking. Within walking distance of Fort William centre.
Theres no atmosphere or hospitality has a cold clinical feel to the place. In the bar area sparse and un inviting. Breakfast is not the best quality produce for the cost. The Continental food is set up in an alcove which get crowded which results in banging into other guests and the tables are too close together to be able to pass through.
There was scaffolding up outside the hotel and works being completed from early morning until late, this was not advised but we were notified after booking.
