Beautifully designed and lovely areas. Food was very good and the spa with the lookout is beautiful. Shows and guest details whilst dining very good and remembered your names.
Poor communication prior to arrival, spa bookings therefore tricky. Housekeeping forgot our room on numerous occasions. Food starts to feel a bit samey after a weeks stay. Exposed to the elements more than other resorts and therefore our activities were limited.

The location, great views, clean and staff are very friendly.
Just had to deal few cockroaches in our rooms but no big deal, just didn’t expected to have it in our bungalow room.
We had a 25th anniversary dinner that wait for our dinner food was a little too long. It just felt since we forgot to make reservations, we are not a priority. My steak was cold.

Amazing overwater bungalow. The one we had was with a pool and amazing uninterrupted view on the ocean. Easy access to corals and easy snorkeling spots. The property is calm and simple, not huge overwhelming resort. Luxurious but focusing on the amazing natural scenery and the lagoon. After a jetski tour around the whole island, I think that The Conrad is top option.
You need to be able to afford it. This is an expensive trip… but it’s still worth it….
