Breakfast was good and plenty, the location was optimal for a day trip to znojmo. The staff also was well and payment/information was easy.
The price is a little bit high for what you get - I would expect working AC for example

i really enjoyed my stay in hotel u divadla.
the room was cozy and everything was clean.
the included breakfast is also a big plus.
it is subjective but the bed was a bit too hard for me.

the location was great, very close to centre, Znojmo is wonderfull historical city with many charming places
3-bed room in the garret with wet corner after apparently heavy rain
partially broken bed grate
replacement after complaint but for smaller! room without any price compensation! or special services offer!
noisy surroundings next to the main road
no room service within our stay
boring breakfasts (even on the first morning we had to complain as at 9am the buffet was almost empty, no bread, no vegetables, next day the offer was better but didn´t change during our 5-nights stay at all)
