Great location in Futian, close to Nanshan and One Avenue. Hotel personnel was polite and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean.

Clean, had many restaurants, pool and even a Finnish sauna stove - however, the amount of water poured on the stove from a push of the button was inadequate, and it just fell through the stove. Please add more stones and increase the amount of water to make it a real “steam room”
For an international hotel, not too many spoke English at all. But everything was sorted out, thanks to translation apps.

Very clean facility on the outside and in the lobby. Staff very friendly
Cigarette smell in the rooms. I had to request room change two times. The third room had less smell. Looks like smoking in the room is a common thing over there.
