Best perk was the free laundry. You can get them to collect the laundry at any hour, and it will be sent back cleaned in about 5 hours. I sent clothes for wash and dry after midnight and got it back first thing in the morning!
Room and facilities were very clean, free supper was decent.
Location was great. In a quiet neighbourhood, but easy to get around. To get from BaoAn International airport to the hotel, take line 11 direct from airport to CheGongMiao station, and switch to line 9, take 1 station to XiaSha, and the hotel is a short walk from Exit D. Very convenient. From the hotel, can walk underground to KKone mall via the station's Exit B. This exit also links to nearby buildings with good bakery and a lot of meal options.
Although non-smoking, there were obviously people smoking in the rooms, and the smoke drifted into the common walkways.
The hotel signage is not very obvious ... but once you are out from XiaSha metro station exit D, just walk straight, cross a small road, walk past a badminton hall, and the hotel is there.

The hotel is in a convenient location, approx 3 minutes walk from Xia Sha Station and KKONE mall is conveniently connected via the underground passage.
Customer service was friendly and efficient, had a problem with the room’s wifi and they fixed it immediately. Laundry services - they even delivered washed and dried clothes to our room!
Room was very clean, very new looking, bed comfortable and the room that we stayed in was very quiet. Overall, will definitely return to stay with them again!
Aircond can get a little loud at higher fan setting but it didn’t take away the overall pleasant experience.

Location and politeness of staffs. And the supper!
Nothing much except for the 1st room I stayed in 8153, it had sewage smell. The other room we changed to was ok. No such smell.
