-The location was great, right next to metro -House keeping was consistent every morning to tidy and freshen things up -Room felt secure and safe -A/C is a rare bonus to have in rome and made a huge difference in the summer -Owner was responsive
-The initial form that I had to fill out my personal information from was send a few weeks leading up to my stay which is fine. But the link did not work initially and came from a misleadingly suspicious number from Paraguay, I wish an email would have also been sent to me so I could cross reference them for my own peace of mind.

We had a wonderful stay. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its beautiful city view—we spent every evening there enjoying an Aperol while taking in the scenery. The room was small, but that wasn’t an issue for us, as we’re used to this type of accommodation. The bathroom was spacious, the wardrobe was large, and we had everything we needed. There was also a shared living area with useful amenities like an iron, a wine opener, and other essentials. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, and almost everything is within walking distance. We walked everywhere, including to the Vatican, which took around 30–40 minutes, and it was a great way to explore Rome. If you enjoy walking and sightseeing, this is the perfect place to stay.
The only downside was the bed. Although it was a double bed, it was made of two separate mattresses that kept sliding apart during the night, so we often had to move them back together. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect location to many attractions. 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain was a bonus.
It is on a busy street so can be hard to cancel out the noise at night from all the cars.

Great location. Very authentic roman building, with old styled elevator, great wooden entrance doors. Easy access if you follow the precise instructions. Aggressively colorful decorated, a bit aged, crazy mirrors at the entrance. Felt a bit spooky being surrendered by all those mirrors. Located on the second floor (did not use the elevator) the apartment offered a nice view of a small and busy roman street, with two restaurants (very busy in the evening so I assumed people enjoyed them) on the ground floor. Easy to get to all main attractions, by foot to Trevi area and city historical center, by metro to Vatican. Very comfortable mattress. Two types of pillow heights to accommodate different needs.
1. Noise. Friday and Saturday nights are very noisy from the night club across the intersection and from cars and scooters passing by. The hotel is not well soundproofed, I was awakened by all my neighbors at night. 2. Bathroom. The top disaster of the room (comfort room) was the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathtub is very low and I had to be very careful not to hit my head in a corner in the middle of the tub. The flexible shower head had a broken hose fixed (not fixed at all actually) with duct tape. The tub drain was clogged and the bathtub was filling while taking just a shower. The fixed shower head above was also broken and water sprinkled upwards, wetting the very low ceiling and having produced scorched paint and mold on it. Very bad experience with the shower and the bathroom overall, even if the cleaning lady tried her best everyday and I appreciated her effort to make it look decent. Very old and overused everything, from the paint on the walls to the faucets. Not very comfortable.
