The location is very convenient for access to the railway station and the city centre. Based on my experience (on a weekday in a room on the 5th floor) it was really quiet during the night.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast selection was good, though not that many options for vegans who might want to go for a savoury breakfast.
I stayed in a single room, and while it was completely fine for my short one-night stay, I felt it was on the smaller side and probably not accessible to everyone as the gap between the bed and desk/wardrobe was quite narrow.

Good standard chain hotel with colourful interior. Small welcome shot a good surprise. Silent room.
Location on active arabic street. Shady persons sometimes in the lobby. No tea / coffee appliances in the room though very appropriate space for that.

Location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and modern
The hotel has a bit of a weird smell and some rooms were under construction.
The bathroom is my main issue as shower curtains are quite unhygenic and it feels old
