We have only great memories of our stay at the Charisma Hotel. The hotel is very well located, right by the sea, with an excellent pool area and a beautiful seaside deck where you can relax and enjoy the water.
For guests traveling by car, the hotel offers complimentary valet parking, which was very convenient for us.
The reception staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given all the information we needed about the hotel and its facilities.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I also asked if an upgrade would be possible, and the hotel very kindly upgraded our room at no additional cost, even though we were staying during the high season. We really appreciated this gesture and the excellent service we received throughout our stay.
The only point to keep in mind is that this is a very large hotel, so there can be quite a lot of guests, especially during the high season. If you are looking for a very quiet and intimate atmosphere, you should be prepared for a busier environment. For us, however, this did not take away from the overall quality of our stay.

The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. A special thank you to Ömer at reception and Filiz from Guest Relations for always being so helpful and welcoming. Dilek from Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful — our room was always spotless, beautifully organized, and cared for with great attention to detail. We really appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the whole team.
We had a few issues with our room when we first arrived, which was a little disappointing. However, the team responded incredibly quickly and had everything sorted by the very next day. Their attentiveness and willingness to help completely turned the situation around, so it didn’t negatively affect our overall experience.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious
Breakfast was very good with good choice
Majority of staff were helpful and friendly
Renovations were taking place so no lobby area to sit. Very nosiy and dusty and woke up each day by drilling and hammering etc. Indoor pool was closed for most of out stay (opened last day), we booked winter so specifically filtered our search for an indoor pool. Neither the hotel or booking.com told us any of this and one blamed the other. It was expensive as it was never mind with all this, not happy and unfortunately this has put us off
