Very poor

They say food includes but when you arrive to hotel , they want me pay extra 60$ for dinner , that’s so stupid , we already book this hotel all included, they kinda rude

Exceptional

We love the sea, veiw, the meals was very tasty and varied it was all inclusive. And in the end when we check out the staff, they take care of us and let us stay 3 hours with a free voucher for the snak bars until we left for our flight. Thank you very much for the gesture. Sarit & guy Bracha.

Great all inclusive resort

Very beautiful resort, super friendly staff, good choice of food, comfortable room, very fast and reliable internet.

It's not really an issue, but it would be even better if there are USB charging ports in the room.

The facilities were great. Beautiful swimming pool and outdoor areas with outdoor lift that goes down to the sea. Biggest buffet I have experienced.

The rooms was not 5*. Central cobtroled aircon l that was set to high for my personal preference. No flatsheets. Pillows wasn't good quality and not comfortable at all. Resort is very big and impersonal. If you like big crowds, tour groups and if you are going to spend a lot of time using the hotel facilities it is worth the money. If you are going on daytrips and not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day ...the room is not worth the money.

wonderful hotel with great service and fantastic location right on the sea with great views of Kusadasi

beautiful facility with a great beach area and wonderful pools.

the food at the dinner buffet was just “ok”. breakfast wasn’t offered until 7:00 so we missed it as we had to catch a ferry. staff offered a breakfast box to go though

Excellent staff, location and facilities. great food and certainly recommended

Food was great with a huge diversity. Sweets are excellent. diverse attractions for families with kids

The hotel has been aging and shows signs of neglect. The lifts are terribly busy so you have to wait ages long. There are hardly space along the pool if you come later in the morning there. There is a long distance between the bufe and where you sit in the evening during dinner.

The personnel had been very helpful and professional.

Excellent hotel, definitely go there again

Service is excellent! All the staff are very helpful and kind. The food is amazing! Every day there were new choices. The food was delicious and so many choices. The view is everything from seaside room. Location is perfect. There was always enough beds for everyone even though the hotel was booked solid.

Great location for a hotel but a dated and old 4 star hotel.

Clean rooms and lovely views from the room. Restaurant meal was very nice. Breakfast was extensive.

Rooms are very dated. No blanket was provided. The sleep covering was too small for two people to share. The lifts are old and slow and too few of them for the size of the hotel.

Exceptional

Everything was really amazing: the staff is friendly and helpful, rooms and overall areas in the hotel are clean, the food is delicious and diverse! The beach(e s) were nice and clean, water was great the pool was wonderful! All the animations and activities fulfilled the day, we met lots of nice people and learned some new skills or discovered the talents we didn't know we have! The evening shows and events were amusing and very nice! The only thing that was not at its best was the internet, wifi, that was on moments completely unavailable and when available extremely slow, otherwise everything was at its best and highest level! Thank you KoruMar! We will come again! :)

Loved the breakfast pancakes. Hot stone massage was best ever. Animation staff very friendly. Enjoyed water aerobics and also learned to play Bocce Ball. Pool and ocean beautiful.

The blanket on the bed is very thin. The restaurant/pool did not sell cold water bottles (still) and I had to take them all from the mini bar and was still thirsty.

Very good for its price, could have move activities in the evening

Breakfast is standard turkish, lunch is typical fast food and Dinner was great and different everyday, lots of options for vegans, people on keto diet and people who love food

Vegetarian food options limited and not good

The food options were nothing for vegetarians. One Margherita Pizza option, one spaghetti option, couple of salads and all were terrible. We only ate fries here. and And the hotel made no attempt to make an effort for us either. Food was a huge disappointment!!

Nice view from the balcony, parking available.

Rude receptionist Old bloodstain on bedsheets Room very outdated Never felt so unwelcome, we left the Hotel in a hurry without eating breakfast.

Stunning location, sea views and the included breakfast was nice.

I would not recommend purchasing half board (breakfast and dinner) unless you can eat 15 Euro worth of food at dinner. Dinner options were nice, but in my opinion too expensive. There are dozens of restaurants in downtown, which serve high-quality food for much less.
