Wonderful stay and many memories made with my daughter.

We loved how you felt so welcomed. The staff are so helpful and willing to assist you with any need you have. Family based business and it shows how caring and supportive they are. I had asked lots of questions before our arrival, and always answered quickly. These adorable kitties that were in the sitting area warmed our hearts! ❤️

Lovely updated Hotel

Everything. So much nicer than large hotels Staff so so friendly and efficient. Definitely stay again .Outside appearance not in keeping with the refurbished inside

Not what you expect from the rating.

The view is good, depending where the windows face, but not different or better then other beach side location

The whole hotel is somewhat under construction, indoor and outdoors. Heavy wear and tear everywhere mixed with some new furniture and paint. Not really attractive. Don't really understand the rating of 8.5. Breakfast is only OK.

A pleasant short stay.

Very good beachfront location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Although the room was comfortable and clean, the communal areas need some more attention.

Never again!

Nice partial sea view!

Where do I start? Absolutely cannot believe the ‘good’ scores for this hotel! A VERY disappointing place. Staff totally disinterested. Wasn’t greeted when we arrived, just glanced at us and made to wait whilst they chatted. Was ignored during our stay! Food was awful, breakfast huge lack of choice. Queued for 20 mins to be given an omelette made made with no choice of ingredients, made with what looked like some leftover salad. Nothing seemed clean. I was ill after eating at the restaurant! Towels for sun-beds were so small, old and discoloured. Rooms very, very tired and shabby. Tiniest elevator, not fit for purpose! Steps into the sea very unsafe!.

Worth for money.

The facilities, specially the pool and beach access was perfect. The location is amazing and food and beverage the best.

cleanness dust under cupboards and sofa people put their towels already in the morning on the beds bar as neighbour loud music till 11.30 PM

Overall we had a nice quiet stay there and would go back again if we went vack to Cyprus

Breakfast was good plenty of choice both hot and cold buffet, plenty of food available, hotel was very nice plenty of staff to help nice lounge and bar area, lovely views from terrace area, would recommend for nice stay . only thing was impressed with was there are dogs on the terrace that the staff feed which if you don't like dogs could be a problem also cats in the dining room, other than that no problems

First time to Cyprus. Because of the value of this hotel I will make Cyprus a repeat destination.

Right on the water. Great deck and pool area. Restaurant was fantastic and spectacular breakfast buffet. The absolute best staff of any hotel in recent memory. Will absolutely stay here again.

Our stay, which we extended by a night was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a sea view room at the hotels generosit

The staff, particularly the young lady at reception, were very pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Just the unkept surrounds around the entrance to the foyer, particularly in the gardens. But otherwise everything else was extremely clean and tidy.

Location and friendliness outstanding, good breakfast

Nothing outstanding, but should point out that pool and area completely out of use whilst under full renovation, should notify people before visiting if they wanted to sit out and sunbath. To cold for pool at moment. Apart from news Channel no English channels which was a shame

Amazing Staff and Location

Location was excellent. Breakfast was great. Cannot fault the staff, they were extremely helpful under sad circumstances for the visit. Especially the woman that organised all the transfers from airport to hotel. Highly recommend.

Location was amazing views were exceptional, staff was really friendly and helpful.

There were so many stray cats in the restaurant area at breakfast. Rooms was a bit run down. Shower was open and not enclosed making the whole bathroom wet and the floor really slippery.

Absolutely love this hotel!

Everything. Great location. wonderful room with fantastic views. Lovely and friendly staff. Great breakfast and restaurant area. Clean and comfortable. Very stylish room with great attention to detail. Power points next to each side of the bed, hand held shower so I didn’t need to get my hair wet every time I showered. Kettle and mini bar in the room. Just so lovely. Top marks. Can’t wait to return.
