loved the location, beautiful and peaceful. Staff were pleasant and the owner was most welcoming and helpful, Breakfast was plenty for us and freshly prepared

We wanted to experience a rural coastal area in northern Cyprus and Theresa Hotel gave us just that. Erdogan, the owner, gave us a warm and friendly welcome. He also cooked our 3 evening meals and gave us excellent fresh fish and mezze. The rooms are basic but are clean and have A/C. There is a fantastic municipal beach about 7 minutes drive away, super clean and with excellent facilities.
The hotel grounds are unloved and quite overgrown. The rooms are tired and whilst not expensive, were similar in cost per night to some excellent hotels we stayed at in Magusa and Lefkosa.The small beach next to the hotel is disappointing as it is covered in plastic trash (obviously not the hotel's fault) and every plastic lounger was broken.
