Behavior of owner

We booked 7 night, with 3 kids.
The hotel location right on the seashore, close to Dipkarpaz, St Andreas Monastery and to the Golden Beach. We went to the Golden Beach every day.
The owner Erdogan is very friendly and lender us a beach umbrella for free.
Big stated fridges were available, as well as washing machines - very useful when travelling with kids.
The hotel was basic but very clean.
Dinner was fairly cheap (15€ pp), yet of good quality and quantity (we took 3 portions and ate in 5).
Great stay, recommended.
Internet was a little slow / did not work well when the hotel was very crowded.

Set within beautiful surroundings along the Karpaz Peninsula. The owner is very friendly and personable with his guests. The sunset views are magnificent. Comfortable bed and a nice breakfast.

Perfect spot right on the ocean, amazing view/fresh food and private swimming spot, host went above and beyond to help us around as we didn’t have a car, even gave us lifts into town and booked taxis/organised transport for us to the next place. Great English, you can tell he loves the place and wants you to love it too.
The rooms were older, our airconditioner didn’t work properly, but definitely worth the visit.

The owner was very friendly and made you feel very welcome
The location. The beach could have been nice, however old rusty umbrellas not very clean. Nothing else within walking distance

It Was for us an amazing and wonderfull time to could stay in Theresa hotel! The owner is the warmest and the kindest man with big heart, who cares about his guests very good. We enjoyed so much to stay in room with wonderfull view on garden and the seacostline. The restaurant with big taras next to the sea, offers delicious local and fresh products directly from the owner gardens and the sea.

The owner is very kind and has loads of interesting stories to tell. The view from the restaurant area is gorgeous.
The room wasn't clean when we arrived, the beds are extremely uncomfortable with rock hard mattresses, it's more of a "hostel" than a "hotel". Wouldn't recommend staying there for more than 1 or 2 nights. There are other hotels along the coast with much nicer facilities for a slightly higher price.

Breakfast and dinner very tasty and with fresh ingredients. Very good value at the price.
No blinds or effective curtains in the room. The room (a double room) cramped.

View is stunnig! Best one! Delicious food! Host is great, he gave us a lot of advices about visiting North side of the Island. Good AC in the room.
Hotel is before renovation (works in progress) but it needs one. Beds are comfortable but single ones are little too short.

For 3 days, we made it our base for exploring the mindblowing beauty of the Karpaz peninsula. As it was January, we were the only guests of the hotel, next to a road, and sea on the other side. Easy to find, easy to park. It was a little wet, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel, that is just winter in the Mediterranean :) Our room had an airco, so it was easy to heat it up. The breakfast was served in the hotel's restaurant, right over the sea. Charming!
The owner, Mr Erdogan, is a kind and intelligent gentleman with many stories about the area, and if you are interested, he will walk you through the political history and presence of Cyprus (my personal highlight).

I was not entirely sure what to expect from this place, but was pleasantly surprised. It is out the way, but if you have a car, its about a 1 hour drive to the tip of the peninsula (if you can get there, the last mile or so really needs a 4x4 but with good weather & no rain, the dirt road is navigable with a regular car), ~1.5hrs to both Girne and Famagusta and ~2hrs to Nicosia. Very easy to find as just off the main coastal road. Lots of parking space. I appeared to be the only guest on this night.
The hotel itself has separate accommodation and restaurant buildings, both relatively well maintained. It was not made entirely clear in the description, but every room on the top floor has their own private bathroom. I cannot say anything of the ground floor. The room was of good size, clean and basic. There was a good sized balcony to relax on should you so wish. Bathroom comprised of a shower, toilet and sink. Generally could do with a bit of an update with electrics.
The host was very hospitable. A very nice person with seemingly some personal history.. Interesting. I was provided with a huge dinner, and I mean huge. Olives from his garden and local veg. I hate olives but these were nice. Tastes change the older you get I guess. The fish was locally caught and deep fried similar to how many coastal places cook. It was simply, but very good and tasty. The restaurant had wall to ceiling windows so you could look out over the coast. Quite pretty.
Do not expect to stay too late in the restaurant. It is a family run so they have to sleep too. This is not unusual at all.
The next morning I was provided with and equally large breakfast and a couple of stories about the area and Apotolos Andreas monastery. Quite interesting (didn't work though....if you heard the story you will understand).
All in all, I like this place. It sort of reminded of places I used to stay in when I was younger. Will return there again should I ever go back.
Nothing much not to like, Really needs a bit of updating especially on the electrical side, as I can see this as being a problem in the future. It is out the way and far from most activities. Good if you have a car.

We were the only guests at the Hotel. We were greeted by the owner who we found to be very friendly and informative about the area and the local culture and places to visit. This is not 5* but you pay for what you get, yes, it's a little tired but the host made up for its minor issues. We ate at the Hotel and were treated to freshly caught fish and a vast array of local salads and dips. The rooms are small and in need of an upgrade, it's what you pay for. Breakfast was a typical Turkish affaire, with a boiled egg, local bread, honey, olives, jams and cheese.
As mentioned, a need of an upgrade and you need transport to get around.

Small (rather basic) family run hotel at a nice small beach (There is a much better unspoilt big sandy beach 10-15 min on foot away). Excellent food (especially fish and seafood).
Theresa hotel is a good base for short day trips to some of the most beautiful and totally unspoilt beaches of the Mediterranean.
Erdövan, the owner, is a very helpful host. He knows the whole Island, suggests his guest where to go and can organize cheap and reliable transport to historic places as well as to outstandig beaches (Golden Sands, Apostolos Andreas/Seabird, etc.). With him, we had long and interesting discussions about the Hiystory and the actual political situation of Cyprus.

Erdogan is an amazing host, if you are looking for a special experience this is definitely a place to go.
Delicious dinner with fresh fish and a history filled conversation by the sea was perfect 👌
Not for those who are looking for a luxurious stay at the beach, but for those who want to really get to know the island.

A little old , but comfy!

It is a family hotel, not luxury, but you have everything you need. A very good starting point to explore the Peninsular. The owner is taking personal care, and the restaurant prepares the most splendid fresh fish, right from the sea. I would highly recommend it to everybody that wants to feel the natural and authentic beauty of the country.
