The coziness of the room, very clean especially the bathroom. Also, room service food was excellent.
The breakfast and dinner could be better as it didn’t have enough choices. Also, parking space was small so many times we had to park outside the hotel area. The indoors swimming pool was very cold and it wasn’t possible to swim.

Pool was quite small for a hotel of this size.
Dinner buffet had many salad varieties, but very limited meat options and few dessert choices.
Cigarette smoke smell periodically entered the room, mostly in the evening and morning; reported to reception but the issue was never fixed.
The 2 main elevators were shared by guests, suppliers, and housekeeping staff moving trash carts — uncomfortable and unhygienic.

The breakfast was good, although we were surprised that on the 2nd day there was not all the same food choices on the buffet, ie no scrambled eggs!
I booked an economy room, not realising the bed would be a bit too small, my fault! Also the pillows were too soft for us, gave no support to the head!
Location is good, not far from walled city and Varosha.
