Clean, quiet, and equipped with a pool, gym, restaurant, and lounge. All amenities (even the iron and kettle with water) were in top condition, and getting a taxi from reception was super easy. Special shoutout to the awesome security guard who kindly escorted me back to reception when I couldn't find my way in such a massive complex!
As a solo traveler with a backpack finishing a multi-country trip, I felt pretty unwelcome here. When I got in, I didn't realize you needed a room card to activate the elevator and thought it was just broken, so I stepped out to wait for another one. Meanwhile, the receptionist lady and another staff member were just watching and laughing. Only when I finally asked for help did they explain it. Not sure if they were laughing directly at me, but it felt really uncomfortable and unprofessional. Also, wasn't a fan of the breakfast. The fruits and veggies were pretty underripe and tough to eat.

The location was central to our itinerary in Magusa. The facilities were exceptional as well as the staff.

It was very clean and reception was very polite
Breakfast was ok but not the best nocold drinks to have with breakfast or tea or coffee . Staff also was on mobile phone whole time
