very disappointing

pool nice snd clean and well located

very tired, bathroom fittings corroded, no plug for sink and bath, no coffee and tea despite there being a kettle snd cups. Had to request breakfast in the morning which was served almost half hour after advertised time. it was very poor. No juice, only water. Girl who served the bar snd breakfast could only speak Turkish and had to translate on her phone. poor security, balcony door didn’t lock snd easy for people on same floor to climb over balcony snd break in. very disappointed snd won’t return.

The extèria and grounds were exceptionally beautiful, but the rooms run down and not looked after. The room was not cleaned or made up during our 3 nights stay

The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom equipment was very old and not in good condition

Good Location, but the hotel was dirty, never anything to drink behind the bar, literally ran out of beer, sunbeds not cleaned, they were full of bird crap, our glasses from by the pool were not moved even the next day. Glasses were dirty when asked for a clean one he wiped it on his t shirt. Ants in all 3 of our rooms. Would not stay again.

Staying for one night was ok, friendly staff were helpful, room was clean and big with a balcony overlooking nice pool and garden, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

It was sad to see what Covid-19 has done to a once beautiful place full od life. The hotel was almost empty, it no longer has its own beach, the second pool near the bungalows was green and for breakfast, instead of choice from the buffet, there was one platter wrapped in plastic foil. In addition, the area between the hotel and the sea is not the cleanest...

The bathroom fittings are a bit tired but still working well so not a problem. This is an older hotel with traditional furniture and fittings. The rooms are huge and beds comfortable. Anything we needed was sorted quickly by the housekeeper.

Great hotel for the price

The hotel is on the main strip and is a great location. Rooms are very big. Bathroom could be a little better, balcony on room is also nice

Worst hotel - not recommended

There is NO maintence in the hotel, Our main room door lock could not be locked from inside 1 side curtain on window and 1 side curtain NOT there Since early morning around 4am there was no water in the toilets until 10.30am There was no electricity in morning, it came after 1 hour or so There were too many insects and mosquitos in the room Face towels were stinking badly Thats the worst hotel i have ever stayed in !! I would ask booking.com to arrange me a FULL REFUND or a HALF REFUND atleast

Could have been much better

The air conditioning and balcony. The staff were polite and cheery. The pool but could have been cleaner and more safe as 2 people in our party fell through the plastic grating around the edge of the pool.

The cleanliness, the lack of breakfast, the quality of what was there at breakfast, the rusty shower and taps, the weak water pressure, the bath leaked all over the floor, the cistern needed to be changed on the toilet, dirty dishes from a wedding left along the walk ways for multiple days, dead roaches in the communal toilets.

Dirty / unsafe / false advertised.

I was due to stay here for 3 nights - I stayed 1 out of the 2 after realising the dirty and poor conditions of this hotel. The hotel advertised on the website is from many years ago - please note this is false advertising and needs to be addressed. I have taken photos of my room and hotel conditions to post. The external of the grounds including the pool was unsafe and very dirty - the pool has a very unpleasant smell and wasn’t to be used. However - I felt that the whole of this area has gone dramatically down hill. On the Saturday I went to the beach on foot opposite ( I went a few years ago and was lovely ) the beach is a dumping ground now and was unusable from damage bars / plastic everywhere - it’s was so depressing. Holiday makers please please think twice and listen to this review ( I’m so pleased I didn’t bring my children as I was visiting my grandad short notice )

Excellent hotel and location let down by some poor administration and a chef that cannot cook.

The breakfast was not to my liking.

The chef could not even cook a simple omelette, you could bounce it off the plate and that was the only non meat option.

Very good

It was out of season so there were very few other guests present which made it very quiet which we liked. The breakfast was very basic but filled a gap, again they were only catering for a handful of people. The location is excellent, right in the middle of a busy strip with bars and restaurants.

Being out of season there were no facilities on site, the pool would have been too cold but it hadn't been cleaned so looked unattractive. The wellness centre and spa were also closed. While the room was large and clean the mattress was very hard which left a few aches and pains.

nothing very run down

no hot water, electric heater installed that was dangerous no locks working inside the room , unacceptable for a single woman. had to jam the doors with chairs.

Convenient position for exploring North Cyprus, a nice hotel.

The hotel was clean and the gardens well tended. Staff were friendly and the receptionist in the morning was particularly helpful. A good Turkish style breakfast was delivered to tables (not buffet style).

We didn’t arrive until quite late and although we were immediately shown to the room there was no information re accessing wifi, where the nearest restaurants were etc - which would have been useful. There was a kettle and cups and saucers but no tea/coffe. The Hotel is showing a little wear in the bathroom and peeling paint around the hotel. There were a number of cats walking around inside whilst we were eating breakfast which we did not like.

filthy, I had three nights booked, I left after one night to stay at another hotel. will not return to this place.

room was dirty, someone else’s hair all over the bathroom floor, even after the cleaner washed it.

Good

The breakfast was very nice, The swimming pool is massive and in excellent condition - very clean. The staff were generally friendly and the theme of the hotel is great.

The decor was slightly outdated and the carpet in our room was heavily stained. There was a an engagement party that took over the whole outside area which I wish we had known about when we booked as the evening meal menu was then very restricted.
