Great location, in the heart of Prague. Many bars, restaurants and attractions nearby.
Apartment is quite spacious and quite comfortable for 4 people.
Self check-in.
The apartment was not the same as explained in the photos and reservation details.
I was expecting 2 private bedrooms and there was actually neither 1, as one double bed was in the living room and the others in the 2nd floor attic.
No shower gel nor shampoo.

Incredible value for money. Location is phenomenal: directly on one of the most central streets of Prague yet is completely quiet so you can’t tell when you’re in the apartment. Very modern layout, exceptional facilities, and very comfortable beds.
WiFi did not work at all. The process of getting access to the apartment is very annoying. You only find out on the day that you have to sign up with some external website, and then find out by surprise that they also want a €200 deposit before giving you the door code. It took about 30mins total whilst stood on the streets of Prague as they want all guests’ passport details and addresses etc. Find a cafe to do this in. Washing machine also a little small.

The location. Stone throw from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square.
Due to central location the property isn’t sound proof so we were up until the early hours with a nightclub below. Beds so uncomfortable and they only give you one pillow per guest (no extra pillows of blankets for comfort). Kitchen supplies so basic (no tea or coffee supplied). Very unhelpful staff; we were charged €50 for a late check in fee as we were arriving at midnight; this was not required as it is a self-check in so basically a scam. We also requested a late check out and were ignored but a follow message cane afterwards threatening to fine us because we walked up the communal stairs with food. WIFI sucks.
