The room is really nice and the fact that it comes with a bath tub is even better. however, the first room we were given had a bit of a waterlogging problem near the bath tub so we had to shift rooms (they were really prompt in doing that) The Room boy could have been slightly more attentive (he refused to give us a bottle opener and we had to get one from the car we had parked downstairs) and i was kind of surprised that he said he couldn't give us wine glasses either. However what was really nice was the staff downstairs especially the Manager who took all our feedback so constructively during breakfast. The breakfast is excellent btw. Full marks! As far as location goes, it doesn't get better!
If they fine tune their service, train staff better...this place could truly shine!

Called at 10.30 am for check out saying they are full
Checked in booking.com they had more than 4-5 rooms available
The cream of chicken soup was horrible
The breakfast masala omelette was not that good
The check in was okay , staff was unfriendly
The room service ppl serving were very friendly
Food is over priced
