The location is good (though the main road being temporarily one way does get chaotic and traffic congested)
There are no real walk to shopping facilities nearby so all that would have to be taken into consideration.
There is a restaurant below with a reasonable selection and a nice garden to sit out. Also a games room.
No problem with Uber pick ups & drops so not an issue to travel around.
My reason for trying this style of apartment living (rather than a hotel) was to find a place with adequate room & space (both physical and also personal) as I would be considering a more long term stay in Pune at some stage in the future.
Have to say the hotel manager was excellent, very professional, welcoming, very well spoken and gave me a thorough walk through the place when I had enquired earlier. That is why I thought it best to give it a try for a night.
The facilities & amenities are all good and perhaps the 2 bedroom apartment was a little too overwhelming for a single traveller for 1 night, as I was. (Perhaps 'less is more' would have worked better here)
Then getting used to having to 'make yourself at home' where things are not quite familiar may have also been a personal challenge for me. Sadly for me personally things just didn't sit right.
So all in all, to be very fair, it may have been a case that I was a square peg in a round hole and nothing really drastically wrong with the place and facility. It is most certainly fit for purpose if you have the right mindset and perhaps company, but only for a long term stay so you can get fully into the apartment style living.
The guests are mostly corporate and I can see how if one needed a long temporary stay at a marginally more reasonable cost than a hotel, this would be a satisfactory choice.
Have to mention first that the staff, in general, from entry gate, security, main reception & restaurant were all very polite & professional. As mentioned above, the hotel manager is exceptional and could front a top level 5 star hotel with ease.
Sorry to have to mention this, as I am sure his intentions are all good, but what was very unsettling was the overzealous and very intrusive attitude of a staff member who seemed to be the 'jack of all trades' and got involved with everything from butting in with the reception staff, taking the bags, trying to fix the faulty safe in my room (which he did by just pressing the reset button at the back and it kept going to error) and then phoning my room whilst I was in the process of checking out (I was well in time) to ask me when I was checking out.
I have to say I found all this very intrusive and unsettling and it probably sealed it for me that this was not fit for my purpose i.e. some physical & personal space & peace of mind to have a 'home from home' stay experience without the intrusion and interruptions and not constantly worrying about who or what will pop up & where.
Personally I would not recommend this living for a short term stay as it would take a few days to get shopped etc. as even a bottle of water they provide from the restaurant is not cheap.
If the USP of this place is 'Less is more' (i.e. away from the hustle bustle of a hotel) then perhaps that principle can be applied throughout. Be there for the guests when needed and provide a professional quality service, otherwise let them be.

Staff were helpful and worked hard
Ceiling leakage in the bathroom that did not go away even after repair. Leaking balcony ceiling, too. Bedroom aircon made a very loud sound. Frequent power outages.
