Staff 4 Star but Property 3 Star

Christina and Onder on reception excellent. Anastasia at Bar was professional and courteous. Request for iron and problem with room lock acted on quickly. Excellent location.

Breakfast didn't vary over whole stay. Food was tepid and there wasn't an omelette station just a young lady making pancakes. Would expect 4 star hotel to serve coffee/tea at table. Walls were so thin you could hear conversations through them. No carpet in corridor so extremely noisy when people walked about outside rooms. Also children were allowed to run along corridors at all hours. No shaver point in bathroom, nowhere to hang facetowels near sink. Entrance lobby rather bland and lacked atmosphere. Can't understand that room booked was Executive with Seaview but seemed quite basic.

A dated hotel but staff pleasant, it’s clean, in a decent location and reasonable priced. Major building works to hotel

Beach location, pool and Bar Area quite nice

This was a great hotel in the 80s (I remember it!) but now feels a bit dated. The main issue was that there were major building / redevelopment works taking place to the Lordos Beach hotel next door. Works started at 06:45/07:00 every morning and continued through the weekend. Very moody so woke me up and was not possible to sit on the balcony or enjoy the beach in front of the hotel. I asked to move to the opposite side of the hotel but rooms were full. I was told to come back in the afternoon to keep checking but honestly couldn’t be bothered to follow up as I was out most of the time anyway. I felt the hotel should be transparent about what is happening. These are major works and made it impossible to enjoy a quiet day by the hotel pool or by the beach. Luckily I had a car and just slept at the hotel.

Excellent vacation

Great hotel well maintained and enjoyable experience. . The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms modern and really spacious. Shower was accessible for wheelchair user. Gardens, swimming pool areas and beach where well maintained and tended. Buffet breakfast was well stocked and plenty of choice. Food was excellent and enjoyable. Portions with a la carte menu enormous but so tasty.

Access into hotel for manual wheelchair, a little tight, but made up for by the efficiency and helpfulness of the front of house reception staff. Certainly would not stop me returning.

Duzy wybor na śniadaniach, bliskosc przystanku autobusowego, sklepow. Obsluga kontaktowa, mila, uprzejma, codziennie sprzatanie, prywatna plaza z bezplatnymi leżakami. Fajne baseny, ratownik.

Słabo wygłuszone pokoje, drzwi. Slychac bylo odglosy z budowy obok a co za tym idzie widok z jednego z wynajetych pokoi tez nie najlepszy bo na budowe. Na snjadaniu brak ketchupu, musztardy. Bardzo słabe oswietlenie w łazience.

I give the overall stay a 6 out of 10.

We enjoyed the beach area the most.

The noise level in the room was a bit much. Breakfast shoud have more of a variety, get some daily entertainment, and my goodness expand your bar selecions. People go on holiday to drink and relax. Both were a challenge because of the lack of bar options, and the construction on the neighboring property.

Genoten van een relaxt verblijf!

Fijn hotel, niet te chique. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Mooi zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Van het zwembad loop je gelijk door naar het strand waar je ook heerlijk kunt zitten. Als je geen auto hebt, is het aan te raden om diner bij te boeken. In buffetvorm en iedere avond wisselende gerechten.

Het ontbijt was prima maar weinig vers brood en geen salade. Ook het aanvullen verliep soms wat minder soepel. Sportaccommodatie was klein en niet alle toestellen konden worden gebruikt. Niet erg uitnodigend om te gaan sporten.

Bardzo udany pobyt w wartym odwiedzenia hotelu.

Zadbany odnowiony hotel. Przemiła atmosfera. Dobre śniadanie. Odpowiednia ilość miejsca dla gości - i podczas posiłków i na basenie i na plaży. Czysto. Przystanek autobusowy zaraz obok. Personel sprawia, że wszyscy goście czują się zauważeni i zaopiekowani. Szybki check in.

Cały obiekt jest bardzo w porządku. Trzeba mieć poprawkę na to, że ewidentnie stary budynek jest odrestaurowany. Nie wszystkie drzwi są dopasowane - dzięki temu słychać co się dzieje na korytarzu. Siłownia trochę zapomniana. Pewnie w sezonie jest lepiej.

Clean hotel with good amenities. Staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were spacious and modern.

Food could have been better, the breakfast was decent and not many complaints there. Coffee could be better. Food at lunch and dinner weren’t the best and we resulted in leaving the hotel for food.

All inclusive basis was very basic… Food quite disappointing… Hot foods were barely warm. Unfriendly staff in the restaurant, to the point of rude… not a welcoming area at all…. The hotel reception quite the opposite.. very welcoming and polite…

The pool & sea facilities were excellent. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good.

Good but we wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

We loved the openness at the entrance, swimming pools, availability of two restaurants one at the bottom for daily meals, one at the top allowed for lovely evening relaxation. That plus accessibility to the beach were exactly as described.

There is really one exception and that is the cleanliness of hotel rooms. Pictures and reality were a far cry from each other. It felt as is if pictures of hotel rooms were taken 10 years ago at hotels prime. Other than that it was all as anticipated. In all honesty if you’re searching for a hotel room for 4 days no problem, however sadly not a spot to choose for a dream holiday scenario.

The chilli performance was fantastic on the evening of 18/5

Upon arrival we used the pool lounge and left there some of our belongings: a swimming suit, a book and bottled drinks. We have however left all for a couple of hours due to the worsening weather condition. Upon return at around 7pm, we found the lounge empty. Multiple requests to the reception desk didn’t help to clarify the destiny of the lost items. Furthermore, the hotel listed spa as one of the main advantages. On the day of our arrival the only available option was sauna, whereas hammam was not functional and all the treatment providers ( massage etc) have already been gone for the day. Our check in was at 4pm
