The room and its facilities, the food at breakfast and dinner and the swimming pools.
The room cleaning department was a bit negligent. Many items (such as clean towels, toilet paper, tea cups, etc.) were missing after the cleaning. And apparently many times things were forgotten in our room (as cleaning cloth, cleaning agent, etc.).

They have beach in the hotel with high-quality pools too.
Stuff very friendly and helpful.
The location not perfect, but not far from airport.
Very noisy too many families and kids.
Bed smell in lunch and breakfast room.

The pool area is nice and the pool bar, as well as the beach and the restaurant for lunch. The gym was also good.
The rooms are dated and could do with upgrading / refurbishment
