The location was close to the main bus station and it was perfect for a short sleepover, I arrived very late and the host was accommodating with my super late arrival and early departure.
The bathroom was very small and the bunk bed was very squeaky, I believe I woke up my bottom bed roommate when entering and exiting the bed. Very simple room that could have had more space if the locked closet/wardrobe would be available for my belongings.

The Location is perfect, the main places Are 15 to 20 min by walk, metro and transportation is very easy, the owner is very Kind

Room and bathroom are clean and shower is great.
Cleaning lady looks nice but doesn't speak English at all. I was put on the phone to speak with another lady (presumably manager) who can speak English
It's like you are renting a room (or a bed in a dorm room) with the landlord staying in the same house, in this case the landlord is an old man who always sound grumpy and smokes quite a bit. He never yells at me or anything but I could understand people may feel uneasy towards him.
Weak wifi in the room (as the dorm room is at the corner of the house). Signal reception better in the kitchen and there is no indoor common space. Only outdoor space with a table and chairs
Kitchen has very limited utensils but you can still manage to cook something simple.
You don't get the key to the house, so everytime you come back you ring the doorbell and the old man will open the door for you.
Understood this is not a hotel so can't be judged against the standard, but at this price you also have other better options.
