Second time here, will come again. All good. The room is comfortable and clean. The shared facilities are good. The view is nice and being high means the street noise is low.
I have to prop the balcony door open for ventilation at night because there is no openable window.

Walkable distance to point of interests. It offers a small kitchen and dinning area and 2 minutes walk to a convenience store. Although there the toilets, showers and facial sinks are sheared but there are 4 toilets, three showers and three facial sinks.

Location is alright, well connected to the center through line 2 of the metro and tramway lines. Common parts are well-equipped.
Mattress was as thin as can be, maybe an hand's length-thick, thus particularly uncomfortable. Heating wasn't turned on beforehands and, as such, room temperature was at 13°C when I arrived. Someone also entered my room in my absence to turn heating off (although I only kept it at the bare minimum). Appliances and utilities were rusty, esp. in the bathroom, and would need to be updated.
