The location was good. Central. Close to town. Walking into town took 10 minutes.

and no microwave in the kitchen.

The hotel is situated in a good central location. Late check-in was not a problem. The owner explained the guidelines clearly.
The building is too old and neglected; therefore, it needs to be repaired as soon as possible. I have not seen the owner at all. The request about the deposit is confusing and, unfortunately, raises suspicion.
