Pool, friendly staff
Internet access for the TV wasn't working so x ouldn't watch PRIME, wifi access too slow. Lucky the footy was on

Repairs were handled promptly
Sliding doors at back didn’t close or lock. Remote for TV, the batteries were flat.
Electric blankets did not work.
