Very clean and comfortable room, very spacious room. The manager was friendly and helpful. Our original room was upstairs but after asking if there was a downstair room available he didn't hesitate to change it for us.

Good location although can be a little noisy from trucks off the highway. Room meets expectations. The upstairs rooms I think are more clean than the downstairs one. (In particular, room 1 downstairs has a very low ceiling in the shower). I was traveling for work so I just needed minimum somewhere to sleep overnight and wash so it was sufficient for my needs. Otherwise there is a small fridge, microwave, and kitchen utensils. I stayed in winter, so there was a heater that kept the room warm, although it was very noisy.
The curtains don't close completely well/ coverage. Also, I've stayed 3 times now, each time the shampoo/soap dispenser is not filled enough so difficult to dispense. Please ensure these are refilled enough for guest use. Bathroom facilities are a little dated, with taps/fixtures/cabinets falling off.

I liked location. I was warm, slept ok and appreciated a lovely hot shower.
Traffic noise but I’m not used to cities.

The room smelt of air freshener but a sickening scent and entire room was very worn out with marks and scratches on furniture, a very old air conditioner which was really loud, especially when it kicked back in (on set temperature). Too loud to sleep with it on.
