Excellent location in the jungle giving access to guided walks and boat rides with knowledgeable guides. Well organised.

Location is amazing. A la carte food was excellent. Night trek was excellent with a very good guide.
We had half board. Not enough good options for vegans/vegetarians and so turned to the ala carte menu. We had informed the hotel of our dietary requirements. The fruit selection given we were in the jungle was very basic. Most dissapointing was the night boat and day jungle trek. In both activities the guides barely said a word. Finally don't expect a lot of wildlife during the day.

Best location and easy accessibility, it'a pleaseant resort. Good food and aesthetic, plenty of options for activities in the forest. Bugs and ants could be there but it's inevitable given its location, and the staff is solving any inconvenience.
Very western style/occidental, similar to any resort anwhere else in the world.
