Frustrating we couldn’t check in till 3.30, especially when cleaning staff came into our room before 10am to clean. Felt this was very rude they did it twice

The parking was a problem - they didn’t have and dedicated parking - it was a free for all with a dozen other businesses

Great hotel with well sized modern rooms. Staff were very friendly and everywhere was spotless. Parking was really handy and the pool table/fuss ball was a great bonus. Great restaurant and cafe downstairs also which makes it convenient. Number 1 bus stops nearby which brings you to the old town which is also walkable. Couldnt recommend the hotel or town enough, great experience.
Could do with Netflix on the TV 's for International visitors with kids. That was it really.

Bed was comfortable
Information about lift not working not displayed prominently enough - this was a huge problem, especially as I was initially on the third floor.
The bar was only open from 6 pm and didn’t have a good selection of wines.
