The property is lovely. The view is incredible. I love the design of this old villa. It’s very quiet area. If you order a breakfast they will serve it on a terrace with a lake view or inside in the kitchen with amazing authentic huge fireplace.

The hotel was updated while still keeping its charm. We had a nice view of Lake Lugano from our rooms. We had a good size room and a separate sitting room. The breakfast was wonderful! Antonio was nice and helpful.
The location was a bit remote; about a 15 mins. walk to town. There was a nearby bus stop that came every half hour but it was not always on schedule.

Great B&B I found last minute, what a find great little place, traditional house, the owners purchased it dilapidated and fixed it up, making a lovely job of it.
Very comfortable and clean, great people and parking is very close by.
Nothing, the house and people were great.
