Lovely old building and decor. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. Room was really nice. We stayed in the outbuilding. Room was a great size and clean. AC didn’t work but there was a fan in the room.
Breakfast poor with little choice, and not enough. Items not replenished. There is no bus from the golf club. You need your own car to get down to Menaggio. Taxis are available but can be expensive and hit and miss.

The staff was really friendly, the property has a vintage vibe and was really great. The room was so comfortable, we had an amazing view. A really great experience!

- One of the best views money can buy (room with lake view)
- Great location in the middle of nature
- Easy acces if you have a car.
- Classy building and golf courses
- Breakfast was very spartan, i could only find 4 pieces of bread, 2 pieces of chesse and 2 of proscciuto, another day one yogurt was also available
- Far from the city
- Noisy in the mornings with all the grass cutting and preparing the golf courses
- Unpleasent smell in the room
- Bedrest with all kinds of weird stains

The view is amazing, the suite is in a nice traditional Italian style .
There is always enough parking near the place.
Great coffee at breakfast
The room was dusty ( under , above the bed ) and not cleaned daily. We didn't get any explanation when we got to the room.
The breakfast was very limited, no veggies . Do ask for eggs with your coffee ;)
