Great location, a short walk from the sea. It is on a pedestrianised street, so nice and quiet. You can park on nearby roads, a short walk away. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside, both the common areas and the huge room, just like in the photos. The manager greeted us warmly and gave us helpful tips of what to do in the town. The other guests were from other parts of Crete. No breakfast, but that's ok, what we wanted.

10++ hotel!
The Cretan Villa Hotel boasts an amazing location, just steps away from all the action in Lerapetra. The triple room is squeaky clean, large, and comfortable, with everything you need. Comfy beds, a small refrigerator, a nice-sized shower with endless hot water, and a sweet balcony looking at the quiet street beside the hotel.
Minos, the host, is a warm and welcoming guy who'll give you full intel: recommendations about restaurants, trips, and excursions to information about culture, weather, and wine tasting opportunities

Getting to the place: Be sure to get the map explaining how to drive. Especially if you're coming at night.
Parking: The hotel street is pedestrian-only. Parking is about 20 meters away in a nearby street.
