The decor is beautiful, windows are screened, elevator is fast & reliable, towels are generous size, mattress is comfortably firm, owner is friendly & helpful. The adjacent Garden restaurant & bar has draft beer & a lively atmosphere. Hotel is walking distance to National Art Museum.
The temperature of shower was not as hot as I wish. The shower control nozzle needed repair

Family-owned hotel in good location, very decent pricing
Arrived around 7:30 pm with Uber: Front door closed. Rang the bell, called number provided by booking.com, no results. Searched for backdoor and an entrance through the restaurant next door. Finally sent a message on booking.com, which got noticed. A lady appeared and explained, that the receptionist felt like having dinner so went and locked the door. We all do strange things sometimes, but this behavior - especially in a family owned place - is very hard to understand for me. What if customer had small kids, what if I were not 60 but 80?
