The people! Owner and staff were just lovely and really made our stay. The hugs and waves on our departure was overwhelming but showed just how special the people are. The hotel is lovely, and very out of the way which was needed. The room was clean and spacious, good pool view and much valued Aircon.
Breakfast was a little too basic. Slightly more option would have been nice. Restaurant in evening had a couple of things that arrived undercooked.

Peace and quiet, amazing pool and green space.
No kettle in room. Signs went on lounges charging per lounger or a €5 spend at pool bar - which we would have spent anyway, but to be told the loungers weren’t included in hotel price is a bit tight! Either put room charge up and absorb the cost there or take signs down. May want to also state in the info about hotel that pool bar and restaurant for dinner does not open till June 1st. Too late for this year, but maybe good for next years bookings.

The location is okay (around 20 minutes from centre by car). The room was ok, small and old but it was ok.
The hotel and the pool are really good.
The WiFi does not work at all in some rooms and the connection 5G from phone in the are is really bad so many times you just don’t have internet which is problem.
The pool needs extra money to use it.
The breakfast is really simple and everyday is the same.
Some people of the staff are just rude and shout all the time which is stressful if you just want to relax.
