Not a great stay

The place was very clean and the staff were very polite.

Overall not a great stay, Wifi was terrible, all in room/facilities info accessed by QR code however wifi and telstra network unable to load things like menus etc. Very limited in room dining options and it ends at 9pm. Waited 1hr and 20mins for 2 kids meals. No little shop selling simple convenience items. The resort cannot feed all guest's so reservations need to be made 2 weeks in advance. They need a food and beverage manager! Simple things like no salt and pepper on tables you have to ask for salt and pepper paper sachets to place on your food. As a 5 start resort.... its not a 5 star resort.

Reception was very poor. I asked if i should move my car after booking in and receptionist large framed lady with blondish strawberry hair said loudly" well if you don't we will move it for you. "Needless to say when I booked out I did not use her Very rude Ichichi bar rude service again loong waits. Found it very hard to find places within the complex signage was poor.

Bus to town on the hour. Resort is expensive for what you get. A bit disappointing .

Go to the Italian for toasties fruit and granola. The other resort restaurant ridiculously priced.

Place is looking tired and is expensive. Our friends stayed in town possibly a better option.

will only ever stay here when we come to Broome! your one stop shop!

we loved how well maintained everything was even while they were experiencing a high volume of rain. over the new year Christmas period they had the guys from funergy there also. they were rock stars! my kids were so entertained even on the wet days. it was amazing.

Adult only pool was nice as was the bar at the beach. Good facilities and nice staff.

We ate at the Asian restaurant beside the main pool. It was take away only even though we ate at the tables directly outside the restaurant. We couldn’t believe the amount of excess food packaging that was used for our food. Even though we told staff we would be eating just outside all our food was individually packed in containers and plastic bags. Massive waste of packaging and land fill. You can do better.

we loved the room, we got a complementary bottle of sparkling wine.

it was situated well, close to cable beach. loved the swimming pool view bedroom.

Amazing facilities, incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay.

All of the ammenities were well looked after and in perfect working order. the staff were super friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day. When we arrived there was a welcome bottle of champagne and the room had the air conditioners already on - a welcome relief from the humidity. It was very close to the beach, had stunning views from Sunset Bar and Grill and both the adult and family pools were gorgeous. The gym was fully functional and well looked after. we liked everything!

I guess the prices in the restaurants and bars were a little expensive but I understand why.
