Location, comfortable beds and living room area.
As much as I like to be left to just be when im staying somewhere, the self check in felt impersonable. We were there 4 nights and didn't see staff at any point.

The location and facilities were great. It made us feel like we were at home. However, there were a few issues that made the stay a bit sourš.
The toilet lid was broken so we had a few accidents. The towel rail came off at point and seemed a screw was missing. The floors felt a bit sticky and rooms stuffy due to poor ventilation.
