The property is very clean and the service is excellent. It is a short walk out of the center of Paihia but it is down a steep hill to walk.
The access to Paihia the parking and the cleanliness and the roomy apartment.

Loved the view! A good kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds. And Tracy, our host was terrific - very kind and helpful.
The bedrooms are downstairs with the one bathroom up the squeaky stairs. Not a deal breaker but it’s good to know. Town is a 15 minute walk up/down a very steep hill - again not a dealbreaker but good to know.

Fabulous location and great view over the bay from upstairs lounge/diner area. It’s only a short walk to the beach and town centre where you can book all the activities Paihia has to offer and a short drive to the Treaty Grounds. Bedrooms on ground floor helped keep them cooler. Lovely host who changed our towels after a couple of days and was very helpful.
We lost some of our food to ants in the kitchen so would recommend putting any non fridge food in the microwave for storage.
