The view, location, the size, the resources.
Would I go back....100%
The dryer was noisy which we only used a couple of times.
It would've been good to have kitchen essentials there such as gladwrap, foil, salt, pepper, dish brush more tea towels, rubbish bags.
Definitely needs a new vacuum, I used the one there and it was really smelly I had to open the whole apartment up and spray to get rid of the smell. A lighter hand held vacuum would be amazing.

Great location. Very close to the beach, surf club and Southport Yacht Club. Also on bus routes 704 & 705. A large clean and well presented apartment. Particularly generous proportions for a 1 bedroom unit. A sensational pool area.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The ensuite had cold cheap lighting making it feel like a toilet in a factory. It’s also separated from the bedroom by a thin sliding door - so this is not going to be a soundproof experience

Great location. Lots of space.
Couch cover was filthy. I wasn’t comfy sitting on it without a cover. Bed covers were stained. Oven door was broken.

Apartment was dated, curtains were not functional, poorly equiped kitchen, very noisey early in the morning from the garbage collection at the surf club
