Staff were friendly. The hotel is ageing but still fairly comfortable and very clean
Only downside was having asked for a quiet room, and being put on the ground floor directly next to the bar/restaurant/pool on a big sporting weekend. Was far from quiet.

Location was great. Close to cruises, information centre and food
Our apartmented is overdue for a refresher.

We were upgraded to a larger spacious room which was nice.
The mattress in our bedroom was much too soft for my liking
