Room was spacious, clean with high standard of presentation. Very comfortable bed and a kitchenette with microwave, kettle & toaster also spacious ensuite with good shower pressure.
For room 41 that I was allocated there was no internal phone, no motel compendium containing relevant motel, tourist, transport information and the 'motel is operated out of a Restaurant. The 'no smoking' status seems to be optional as I was impacted through the smokers next door (42) and/or on the patio's of adjoining rooms. My comments reflect value for money - the room was $150 per night - at $100 per night my expectation would have been different.
