value for money. The hotel is located near a supermarket, gym and the Halal Street so you do get a lot of options. It is near Phuket town (about 5-10min drive via motorcycle) so it is still accessible but not too crowded

Some dishes for breakfast are the same all throughout the stay, but that’s a very minimal concern.

Wow, the staff at reception named 'Jim' was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond for us with even the smallest requests. She made our 2 day stay perfect

Just needed coffee in the rooms. Had the facilities for it (kettle, coffee mugs), but no actual coffee this stay 🤦

Large room, convenient furniture set, electric kettle and some kitchen utensils to go with it, pool, very hot water with good pressure.

No elevator, you have to carry your own suitcases upstairs and you can't easily roll up with your suitcases to reception either, sidewalks and road to reception are with steps only, no ramps. Not enough sunbeds by the pool and the ones that were there were actually very dirty. Extremely loud guests on our floor that were very loud both in corridor as well as downstairs by the poolside up until 2AM and reception staff did nothing about it hence the low rating of this place. I don't know where did they got their 4 stars from, probably cereal box or something, because this was by no accounts a 4 star experience.

the location wasn’t great it was about a 30 minute walk down to Phuket old town(restaurants) but would maybe stay again and just plan differently
