Located in Venice Beach, this lovely house for $380 per night is a great choice for your next break. Chic Venice beach bungalow in a quiet residential area --The Silver Triangle--just steps from the canals and a 5 minute walk to Venice beach and the world famous hip Abbott Kinney Blvd. 3 large bedrooms and two full baths, one with a jacuzzi tub. Modern white kitchen with lots of cook space, and dining table for five. Roomy living room with two couches & tasteful mid-century modern vibe. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, fully equipped kitchen with 3 ovens. Quiet oasis of a backyard acts as another living room, with dining area for six, large couch and more seating, gas BBQ and stunning gas fire pit. Make this your home. I do live in my home when not rented, so you will find some personal affects around, but I reserve drawers and create hanging spaces for guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas, gas grill, boogie boards are all for guest usel. Home sharing number is HSR19-001901.

Our family of five really enjoyed John's house. It's a short walk to the canals and beach. Easy street parking. The home was comfortable and well-stocked with nice touches throughout.

We were in town for our son's wedding and John's place was a very comfortable home base for us. John was very communicative and attentive. The owner appears to live here at times when it is not rented, so you will be sharing some of the storage space (closets and drawers) with his things. Overall, it was still a great place to stay for our trip. We found things to be just as the listing said they would be. We would definitely stay again if future travel brings us back to Venice.

Great property in convenient location for exploring LA. The outdoor patio is the place to relax after a long day with a gas firepit, tv, and comfortable lounge area. Ample street parking. Very clean and welcoming home. Responsive host. Thank you

This property is so perfectly located, walking distance to Venice Beach or Marina del Rey. It is beautifully kept, well stocked amenities and the owner is extremely welcoming and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Can't wait to return.

It was very nice and quiet. We stayed next to the canals, which were really fun to walk through at night with all the twinkly lights. Very easy to walk to restaurants and quick markets and the beach is close.

My three adult children and I found the house to be extremely well equipped, user-friendly and most importantly, very comfortable. It was both charming and spacious, ample size bedrooms and baths, great living room- kitchen area, nice backyard space. The host was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful. The neighborhood is really well located, easy street parking. I would happily stay there again.

Our family of four, including two teenage boys spent a five days in this great house. The location in Venice, about 7-8mins from the beach, is brilliant The rooms (main bedroom) with separate roons for the boys was just what we needed, with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We also made good use of the enclosed and shady yard area (with an outdoor TV!) at the end of the day to unwind with a beer/wine. I'd happily recommend the house to anyone wanting to be close to the beach/canals/Marina del Ray (easy walks) but in a quiet area.

My family and I had a great time at this property. It is in a cute and hippy location. It is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our favorite was the backyard area. Plenty of space for working out, relaxing, or enjoying dinner or breakfast outside. We will stay again for sure.

Within walking distance to Venice, Abbot Kinney, and a number of good restaurants. The house was deceptively large and outside space was great. Enjoyed watching playoffs outside on the TV with the firepit. Laundry machines were handy as well. On street parking but we were able to park within a house or two the entire trip. Communication with host was exceptional. Thanks for a stress free experience.

We love this place. Perfect layout, comfortable backyard, nice kitchen and most everything needed to cook a nice meal. Although in this location, you really don’t have to, is there are plenty of excellent options in Venice and Santa Monica! We love the beach, and walking the canals is an added bonus!

We had a wonderful time staying at John’s home. The location was terrific - located in a great neighborhood just a short drive to all the LA sites. We enjoyed the beautiful walk along the canals to get to the beach. The house had all the amenities we needed including a great outdoor space to relax and unwind at the end of each day. John was a great host and answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a perfect getaway close to the beach, this is the place ! John was very responsive and helpful. He has a notebook that has lots of things to do in the area and explains how to use everything. The backyard area was an excellent place to hang out at night, we used the firepit, sat and talked, and had meals out there. It was truly an amazing place to stay. We are already wanting to see when we can book it again.
