Located in a quiet area of the city. The rooms were spacious and the shower was comfortable to use It was quiet in the hotel and there were a good amount of channels to watch on tv and some bars near the place to use for dining and such.
Beds weren't the most comfortable to sleep in. They kept making creaky noises as i moved around in them. The place has no elevator hence it made it tough to walk all the way up to the 4th floor with luggage to carry.

Very friendly & helpful staff.
Off road motorcycle parking was available.
Clean & functional room, good shower.
Walking distance (20 minutess) to the mall / shopping & multiple dining options.
Location is very much "in" the city, so without satnav would be difficult to find as a passing traveller.
Breakfast was relatively basic but perfectly adequate.

The hotel is located in a quiet place next to a couple of embassies. The apartment we booked was large enough to accommodate a family of five. The staff was friendly and helpful.
This was our third stay at the hotel but definitely the last. They have changed the apartment but not the description on the site. So if you're looking at the pictures, they are not relevant anymore. They have removed the electric kettle, the microwave oven, and the dining table from the kitchen. This was the main factor we have chosen to stay here again and we were completely disappointed by what we found. Overall, the hotel is slowly falling apart. Mosquito nets are broken, air conditioning does not work, furniture and appliances are gone, and others that I won't mention. Probably the pandemic and the lack of customers had a serious effect on income and they cannot afford to invest in repairs, but this will only lead to losing more customers, like ourselves.
