Everything! Everything was so clean and elegant, it’s perfect for families and trips with friends!
It was a little far from the entrance of Samana, but it was all worth it

The property were well kept and easy access to the property location.
I don’t like having to climb three floors to my room, getting house keeping do the regular daily service was a challenge. I ran out of toilet paper, there was only one towel in the room for two people, there were no wash cloths in the room, ran out of water, the room was not clean one day after going to the front desk it still was not clean. Nothing was left for staring the coffee. In a not shell house keeping was atrocious.

We liked the staff. Very friendly and professional. From the receptionist to the entertainment and pool staff- Bernardo, Carolyn, Jeremy, Ismael, Don Jose, Don Francisco (bartender), Francisco (entertainment)- the food was also good. Rooms were good. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
A very nice, calm, and quiet resort.
The only thing I didn't like is that pool staff are forced to play such boring music from 11 am to 2 pm by the pool. It makes no sense.

Location was amazing, food in general was good
Arrived after 1700 to be told pool towels only available between 0800-1700. Fair enough but it was as if noone had ever arrived late and wanted to swim before. Eventually had to go back to reception to get some spare towels taken to the room.
Food at the buffet was good but disturbingly a rat ran by during dinner. Food at the beachside cafe was very slow (over an hour for hotdog and burger) and some cold on arrival.
Aircon is locked at 21 in the bedroom as the lowest and with four in our room it was still pretty hot some nights.
Some staff helpful but others not friendly and quite disinterested in guests.
